What this checker covers

Every line is the authority's own wording, quoted from its list with a link to the source. We don't add a verdict of our own. A scheme can be on an approved list and still have a cancelled step, so read every line.

We re-check LDA's, CDA's, RDA's, SBCA's, FDA's and PLRA's lists and show the date of the last check on every page. Multan (MDA), Gujranwala (GDA) and Peshawar aren't covered yet.

SBCA's list names only the housing schemes it has given an NOC for sale and advertisement, a few each year, so not being on it doesn't mean a Karachi scheme is illegal.
